Wayne Hassall

Wayne Hassall carved out a very successful sales career selling to both the military and commercial markets. His 30 years of selling has seen Wayne working for such companies as BICC Vero, Hughes Aircraft Corporation, Litton Industries and Northrop Grumman honing the combined skills of electronic engineering and sales into a highly successful sales engineering career.

Wayne has worked with many electronic and mechanical design groups and procurement professionals in such companies as Fujitsu, ICL, British Telecom, British Aerospace, Raytheon, Hewlett Packard, Siemens, Nokia, Motorola and Ericsson.

As Director of Sales Wayne honed and successfully applied Strategic Selling techniques and won many multi-million dollar contracts with many of todays Blue Chip companies, his entrepreneurial approach allowing him to retain and grow his sales reach year on year.

In managing Global opportunities in Europe, the Americas and Asia, Wayne is used to dealing at all levels within target accounts from Board level down.

Based on the principle that people do business with people irrespective of culture or industry Waynes personable approach has enabled him to develop solid long term business relationships with customers through bringing humour, professionalism and acute attention to detail in all his business dealings.

Today, Wayne brings to Genuine Business a fresh approach founded on practical experience of business communities and practise adding great depth to all interaction with our clients.
